Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently in Browser we run "preventDefault()" on all "keydown" and "keyup" envets in JS

This stop the browser from handling keyboard input like:

  • "F11" (toggle full screen)
  • "F12" (toggle show dev tools)
  • And probably more.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would suggest we use "handled" to determine if to run preventDefault().
