[Reactive Component] Specify the GameObject that affects the active state of RC #1461

現在Reactive Componentのactiveに影響を与えるのは基本的にアタッチしたGameObjectのactiveになっています。これは対象のGameObjectに対するReactive Componentの直接的なアタッチが必要です。
Reactive Componentの追加をそれ単体としてPrefabとして分離したいので、Reactive Componentのactiveに影響を与えるGameObjectを絶対パスで指定し、Reactive Component自体は新規GameObjectにアタッチできるようになると嬉しいです。

初条件を手動設定する何かは実装予定です 👍
