UUF ported issue: Missing Example for Non-Validation Attributes

Description

This issue has been ported from the UUF customer feedback system. The following is the customer's request:

"DataAnnotations localization, example on how "non validation attributes" are localized is missing. Is the attribute name have to match in the resource file etc?"

The customer mentioned that an example on how "non-validation attributes" are localized is missing, and they are inquiring whether the attribute name has to match in the resource file.
