Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Molecules mode
  2. Load from KET: Saving monomers to SDF v300o works wrong - system saves every monomer template for every monomer on the canvas (geometry progression).zip

  3. Save canvas to SDF v3000 and check the result

Actual behavior
Not that every monomer stored in resulted file contains BOTH template definition

Expected behavior
Not that every monomer stored in resulted file contains only necessary template definitions (one per monomer for alone monomers)

  • Ketcher Version 3.1.0-rc.3 Build at 2025-02-11; 20:29:49
  • Indigo Version 1.29.0-rc.1.0-g2e30df8f7-wasm32-wasm-clang-19.0.0
