[Feature Request] Longer duration for temporary rules - 8 hours

Summary:

Sometimes I have real work to do and don't want to bother today figuring out what domains to allow and which to deny, so I keep clicking "1h" in the drop-down, and keep getting the pop-ups.

An "8h" setting would solve this. No need for "1 day" - too much, and it would clutter the drop-down.

I agree it is missing something in the 1 day range of duration, I think it should be 12 hours rather than 8 hours, would 12 hour work for you ?
