html body style gets cleared when using the Tooltip

The style set on the html body gets cleared while using the Tooltip component.

I have an example here. You can hover over the text to see the tooltip, and move the mouse away will reproduce the problem.

This PR may be related. I want to confirm that this is not the expected behavior. Thanks!
