Manual Face Tagging: Selection List not sorted

The bug

the new manual face tagging feature is very cool, but the selection list for people is not sorted in any way.
so, if this list is long (e.g. hundreds of persons), it is very hard to find the desired person.
maybe also typing a name would be helpful here.

There is an existing sidebar view for reassigning faces to a different person. Using that instead of the popup would probably be more consistent and reduces duplicate code.
