Add link to this repo on public website

As @grahamwhaley pointed out kata-containers/www.katacontainers.io#53 (comment), it would be useful if the public website had a link back to this repo to allow readers and community members to easily find a way to raise issues and PRs on the public website.

I think a "Got a suggestion / found a problem with this website?" link to https://github.com/OpenStackweb/kata-netlify-refresh at the bottom of https://katacontainers.io/ would be sufficient.
