Update Stochastic period

Description

Updated the stochastic period to be the maximum of fastStoch, StochK, and StochD to ensure proper warm-up and avoid zero or invalid values

The period calculation was incorrect, causing inconsistencies in the indicator's values

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested using regression algorithm to validate correct functionality. Additionally, unit tests were executed to ensure expected behavior.
