The data collection script does not currently include throttler info so add it.

Add details of the KSM throttler to the output of the data collection
script. Look for both Kata and Clear Containers KSM throttler details.

Fixes kata-containers#739.

build: Add support to strip the agent golang binary

This provide a flag "STRIP=yes" to strip the golang binary
After make STRIP=yes
24757576 kata-agent.nostrip*
19651136 kata-agent.striped*
It reduces the golang binary size ~5MB
