Description of issue

When I implemented brew doctor command, the above warning message was outputted.
However, many of them were not brew-installed on my system.

It doesn't matter that they aren't installed. Homebrew is aware that most of these packages are also in Homebrew/core, so it prints this warning so that you don't mistakenly install from the wrong tap. You can safely ignore this.

The only way would be to untap the Hashicorp tap.

I uninstalled packer.
I'll wait and see if there are any problems.
