The expected metrics midval of the CI jobs that uses virtio-fs (both for clh-metrics and qemu-ubuntu-metrics) need to be updated as a result of disabling the DAX option of virtiofs in kata-runtime (kata-containers/runtime#2997).

Disabling the DAX option of `virtio-fsd` has direct impact to the memory
foot-print and I/O performance. We need to adjust the expected `midval`
for our metrics CI jobs on `cloud-hypervisor` and `qemu with virtiofs`.

Depends-on: github.com/kata-containers/runtime#2997

Fixes: kata-containers#2923
